Hi I wanted to share this review on Blackhawk title services Inc. First I am not in the business. I had a property that had to be sold very quickly and it had a buyer Stillwater USA who offered to make it happen. I also know that this to be done was very unconventional meaning that there were a lot of changes to the normal way it would have been done. I did not know as far as who to use and Tim at Stillwater highly recommended Blackhawk title services. I called and reached out and spoke to Carla who was so very kind and helpful as I explained this was very new territory to me. I did explain to Carla the urgency that we get this done as soon as possible. All I can say is 2 weeks to the day we were sitting at the closing table Blackhawk title services Carla in particular and all of her staff were so helpful and the deal was closed in less than 30 minutes.
